Such an amazing stay from start to finish. The staff could not do more to make you feel welcome. Food was lovely and the views from the hotel and stars at night looking up through the pod were amazing. The bed and jacuzzi were amazing at night. The location is perfect for entering Petra from the back entrance at little Petra. You can get a ticket at this entrance and I’m so pleased I started from this side.

We spend two weeks in Jordan, there are a few things I will remember, the sunset from the jacuzzi on the terrace of this hotel is one of them: the view is outstanding. Service is great, staff is really helpful and will answer to all your needs. Rooms are clean. Highly recommended.

Let’s start with the positives, the view is amazing and the location is unmatchable. During our stay we received excellent service from the staff during the breakfast and dinner service, unfortunately I cannot remember their names but they provided 5 star service. Now onto the negatives, the concept in itself is great however the furnishings inside the bubble is of a very poor quality, they look dated and worn. The shower doesn’t work properly and the jacuzzi is poorly installed and maintained. The complimentary bath robes have seen better days, definitely not 5 star quality. This hotel markets itself as 5 star but I have seen better 3 star hotels. The crockery was chipped but still being used, the food was lukewarm, which seems to be an ongoing complaint based on previous reviews, not sure why it has not been rectified. I would say stay here for one night for the novelty but don’t expect 5 star quality. It’s a shame because this could be a really great hotel if they up their standards. I must add though that the wait staff really do provide 5 star service, they are the only thing 5 star about this hotel.
