Our experience at this establishment was nothing short of disheartening. Upon arrival, we were greeted by linens marred by an array of unsightly stains, stray hairs, and remnants of sand, suggesting a lack of basic cleaning. One towel bore a stain so alarming it resembled fecal residue. Despite our concerns, the host offered no immediate resolution, promising only to notify the cleaning staff for action the following day. The thought of spending a night in such unhygienic conditions was deeply unsettling. Moreover, the building itself carried an unpleasant stench of smoke that pervaded the air from the moment we stepped inside. The shared bathroom facilities lacked a lock, compromising privacy, and the unreasonably low shower head forced an uncomfortable squatting position to merely rinse oneself. Given the unacceptable conditions, we sought an early departure and requested a refund, only to be met with a rigid refusal from the host, who advised us to take our grievances to Airbnb.

Excelent hostel, really nice owner, nice view, really close to petra, have free filtered water, coffe and other amenities, really excelent. the only negative point its the bathrooms maybe, need some renew, but its not that bad, you can take a nice shower anyway. i fully recommend the place.

Located within 3 minutes from the Petra Visitor Center and tickets, these comfortable rooms (with Petra hill views from balcony) is your best choice for a reasonable price. Ibrahim and his team are very friendly and kind. Best choice 👍
