This place is a scam! We were charged 3000bht for a very simple bungalow that had mosquitoes, bad wifi, and stiff beds. The bathroom has an open air ceiling so it’s filled with mosquitoes that make their way into the bungalow via the bathroom door that doesn’t close all the way. There’s also no desk or place to set up a laptop for work. We walked down the street and paid 1500bht for a spacious bungalow with a stunning view of the ocean and decent amenities.

Rooms are a bit run down and pillows on the bed very lumpy. Toilet flush was a bit faulty and smelt. Pool is very nice and is a good location next to beach but 10m walk from busy area. Breakfast was good, Thai food changed every day and nice fruit yoghurt.

Had to change rooms due to the first full of mould, our new room the pillows and bed sheets were stained and shower so dirty we showered with our sandals on. Would not recommend.

The value for the money payed was great. The location was perfect, very close to lots of restaurants, cafes, stores and the main area of phi phi. The rooms were cozy, but don’t expect much. The plugs didn’t really work but everything else was fine. Service was good, we had help carrying our bags to the hotel from the pier and back. The staff was very friendly. The beach was perfect. It was clean and spacious. One of the nicest beaches we saw on the island. There was also a nice big pool. As for breakfast, it was average. They had very limited choices, the same everyday. Overall the hotel is great and very enjoyable. It’s a perfect place to stay for family’s with big and small children.

Awful! Avoid at all costs!! The most awful god forsaken place to ever stay at! Our ac was leaking water and ice (watch attached video) all night. It flooded the room and our luggage got wet 😡. We barely slept all night. No one was available to help. The next morning when we went to the reception they were neither fazed or apologetic. It felt like they were already aware that this was the issue. They sent someone who looked at it for a few mins and told us that he fixed it. A couple of hours down the line the same problem again. This is a rundown place charging a premium. The whole place smells like mold. 🤢
