True 3 star hotel (Thailand version) So here’s the thing, if you’re looking for an extravagant 5 star hotel, this may not be for you. HOWEVER, I absolutely loved this place. Staff were very friendly. Room was clean, hot water for showers, pool with an amazing view of the sea. Breakfast had a variety of everything, tho a lot of carbs, it kept us full til dinner. Convenient location. Walking from the pier on arrival was easy and quick. Close to all amenities. Staff let us check in 3 hours early which was nice. Fridge in room and air conditioning as well. Cons which aren’t the hotels fault: noisy at night. It’s in the party area. So noise til 3am is expected. We just wore earplugs and slept fine. They cook everything in butter, which is hard when you’re lactose intolerant. But that’s a Thai thing so I don’t put that on the hotel.

The selling point for this hotel is its proximity to the Port and beatitude pool area. The room quality was extremely disappointing. We found sand on our bed. The floor was made of cheap laminate that kept lifting as we stepped on it. The water for our shower and toilet was shut off in the evening, thankfully we had already showered. The breakfast area has an unpleasant odor and there is no espresso coffee. This hotel shouldn't be booked for more than $80. Will make sure to avoid next time.

I think this hotel deserve for better rating than 3.8. The pool it’s outstanding. It’s very close to pier and best pubs. We had a room with spectacular sea view. I will be back definitely.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location - the proximity to the port, but really, any hotel here will have good proximity, really. The room was very disappointing - beds very uncomfortable, not clean, and worst of all, so many mosquitoes in the room upon check in. Bathroom was also breaking down and not functional - water pressure was inconsistent and toilet barely flushed. They're also very stringent on the rules with no wiggle room - check out is at 11 am with any extension incurring an extra day's rate, there is no wifi in the room (only public areas), and you're only allowed one beach towel per room that you have to check out. Breakfast was also underwhelming. Not sure how many good options there are on Phi Phi, but would recommend to go look elsewhere!

Reviewing the Restaurant - Bad food and even worse Customer Service. Not at all helpful or kind. We could not finish the food. We ordered a Vegetarian Club Sandwich and specially mentioned Vegetarian. They have chicken and ham sandwich and were not ready to accept their mistake that they informed the wrong order in the kitchen. They clearly targeted us and were very rude and not at all understanding. Not sure about the room because we did not stay there, just had food at the resultant. Very disappointing service and staff. The server who took our order was just running away and did not apologise or took any response.
