Phi Phi Natural Resort

Very charming hotel in stunning natural surroundings. We spent 2 nights here during our sightseeing trip and it was sufficient amount of time for us, as one day was for chilling on the island and the other one for a trip around the Phi Phi islands. Rooms are clean and well-kept. I took one star off because the food offer for vegetarians has some room for improvement. While there was some choice for breakfast, for dinner I only had spaghetti to choose from. It is better to check out the paid offer of Beach Bar Restaurant as we once did for a lunch (they can adopt your choice to a vegetarian version if you wish) or even go further south where are other eateries.

Phi Phi Natural was great with unparallel natural beauty, its not as hard to get here as you might think! The major ferry companies all know it, and as there are a few resorts here its not uncommon for you to be asked where your resort is to confirm. Once you are here though, that's where the magic happens! I came here with my girlfriend on her first trip to southeast asia and the things we saw were amazing. Snorkeling was a big plus for her, we loved the fact that we could just go snorkeling around the corner from the hotel and there were so many fish! Combine that with a private boat tour as well and you will have a wonderful time here! The next thing that was wonderful was just the natural beauty of the place. We came during the highest of high seasons. Between christmas and new year's. But even then we had so much space for ourselves. I recommend the larger villas for the privacy! The nets by the pool which you could lay on were great, the staff was really nice. The tricky thing for room service is the distance between rooms and the restaurant and bar but they did really did their best to get it there. Once we had a bottle of our favorite wine and they came with glasses and a bottle opener for us too. I remember vividly ordering 4 milkshakes by a hammock on the far end of the pool and it was delivered to us despite all the chaos of the christmas new years rush. Its the place to be if you want a nice quiet romantic getaway and you want to be in a more natural setting. Its basically the polar opposite of patong in phuket but accessible by a short ferry ride. its just wonderful. Also the view of sea was to die for! I will miss this so much! Another thing to note, some people talk about bugs for some reason. If you have ever spent time in southeast asia, you will realis this is nothing. You will see less weird bugs here than you would in the center of shiny Singapore. Chill people!
