One of the nearest guesthouse from donmuang airport. 7-11 & local restaurant are also near, very convenient.

Good free wifi. Key deposit is 200 bht. Room is large and very clean. Free water bottles and charge is 900bht/3person.There are food shops in front of the guest house. We stay E2 , this room's toilet bowl is very high due to using one step foundation. It is need to be lowered to be used for convenient of guest. If you want to go air port by walking, use old pedestrian bridge as a short cut( only about 650 m) to get the terminal 1 instead of using google map guide.

Booked room and explained to the lady, I would get in at 01:30, told me no problem. When I got there, I had to pay again. She told me no refund and kept my key deposit. The $20 is no big deal, but her being rude, unreasonable. Near Don Muang airport Room was okay Restaurant was horrible Customer service was horrible Won't stay again!

I was chased away, menaced with violence, and verbally assaulted at midnight after arriving from the airport after a booking at K.D.M Residence was botched and needed to be honoured as I had already paid through Agoda. I was taken to Poom House as a consolation (same management as K.D.M Residence) . There I was treated abominably as I was refused admission on the grounds of being black. The person at reception turned immediately sour and hostile yelling 'black people go away' in my face leaning threateningly into my personal space and raising his hand behind him as if he wanted to strike. He didnt need a trigger, he was wound up with hate, but it appeared as though he used the opportunity when I asked him to speak to me nicely to let it all out. My request for better service was because he initially demanded my passport with a raised voice and with a tone of clear rudeness. Shocking experience that left me shaken and hurt. My rating is 0/5
