I love everything about this hotel. The place is strategic, since its located at the central. The hotel makes sure your stay in Siena is enjoyable, leave you with only memorable moments. And most importantly, the service they give to their guests, it really amazes me, they are very communicative. Would recommend you to stay here.

Horrible people who charged me for two days even though I wanted book a room just for one day. They told me that I could not do it and I had to book two days instead. The other friends were able to book just one day and I guess I was the only one who got charged two days just because I was not in Italy and called from another country. Booooooo
