Absolutely fantastic time had on a recent 2 night stay. Staff are brilliant and so attentive. We had a such a laugh on our first night with them without even leaving the hotel! It is so close to the promenade too so the sights are within easy reach if that is what you want. Been many times so was happy to just chill, than you Gareth and team for your hospitality xXx

Main door didn’t lock anyone could walk in. States has a bar with pool table all this was locked up. The room was meant to be a deluxe double it had never seen deluxe the bed was so uncomfortable could feel the bed lats through the mattress.

The location is superb as it is close to the prom.the hotel I can only describe "as you get what you pay for!!!!" It's ok if you just need somewhere to sleep for the night.the WiFi is non existent,the dining room pictures on their website are nothing like the dining room in the hotel at all.

Stayed her for the Easter weekend upon approaching hotel looked fine. Went in and it was like Fort Knox. Doors to dining area and bar/lounge was locked you had to ask them to be opened. Went to have a look at rooms we had a triple double room with shower and it was very basic. Cleanliness wasn’t great had hairs on my bedding and and the base cover was all marked. I approached the meme nee of staff guru and he got the cleaners to come up and Hoover them bedding. It was quiet laughable as they didn’t really want to help they just said if I’m going to look and inspect the room for everything I can leave and they will give me a refund. It was last minute and we had a king journey so we decided to stay for one night. Guru was very helpful in the end and aloud the kids access to free pool and he allowed us to keep our drinks what we bought in the fridge behind bar. Bar closes at 10pm and the pool room and they don’t have no beer or cider just spirits.
