Friendly stuff, free parking, great breakfast. Good location, just 15 minutes drive from airport. Jumbo shopping center approx 19 minutes walk.

The room was small which knew it would be but was no problem for the one night. Small but perfectly formed! All staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The waiter in the evening is a great guy. Perfect for the airport and the free shuttle service to the airport was excellent. On bus routes and a easy short walk to the large shopping centre which many eateries. Will use again. Thanks for the stay.

Clean hotel, common areas are inviting, hotel room is updated and clean but on the small side. Bedding comfortable. Biggest negative was the room was stuffy and hot, small window and fan still did not cool down the room. Happened to be visiting during a warmer week. Overall, ok if you are looking for a quick overnight stop before a connecting flight.

I was surprised at the small size and interesting design of the hotel, but the staff were amazingly welcoming, friendly and efficient. The airport shuttle was clean and the driver extremely kind and helped with my luggage. I had been traveling for a few weeks so had several bags. Check-in was a breeze, I was provided all the hotel information and booked my return shuttle for the next day. The room was small, but had everything I needed, right where I needed it. I had a fantastic dinner in the restaurant with excellent service. After a goodnight sleep in a comfortable bed, I enjoyed the wonderful breakfast before catching the shuttle back to the airport. The only thing that would've made my stay better is if my flight into Helsinki was earlier and I could've used the sauna. If I need to stay near Helsinki airport in the future, Pilot hotel is my first choice!
