Has no characteristic of a five star hotel. The staff is so less, just one or two people who are at the reception as well as do other tasks. Some of them pretend to not understand English. They just dumped my bags in the corridor instead of giving them in the room.

My girlfriend lost a pendantand a pair of earings.when we found out we reported immediately to the fron desk but the front denied and didn't make any action until it was too late.what horrific experience here. Its my first time here in georgia..i do recommend this hotel ..the management suck!!!!the manager even worse!!.this is a first class hotel..when you close the door no one can enter unless they have a key card..they reviewed the cctv footage and found nothing, so who is gonna be the prime suspect its so obvious right??? Dont ever trust this hotel.. they cover for each what a shame to the city of tblisi..

Being a 5-star hotel, they don’t have any room services available for food nor beverage. Shows you can call local or international numbers but no calls outside the hotel work.

The hotel management, seems to have some kind of discrimination, they send all Asian and Middle Eastern to the poorly maintained building, that has no proper services (although it has on the door 5 stars) with no luggage help, no customer privacy, no proper policies that they make customers pay for something that is not listed in their policy (like my kid vomitted on the floor and I asked for cleaning and no cleaning available, and made pay extra charges. They allow outside people to come and harass and bully their customers, and they don’t take action about it. Poor management and services. Rooms has bad drainage smell. If you want to walk somewhere, it’s all down hill and have to walk back up hill to get anywhere. Breakfast has no variety although it supposed to be 5 star hotel (fake star rating, be careful)
