Such a great experience to learn how to make Sri Lankan curries, we made 7 curries and had them with rice and poppadoms! All the ingredients are explained while cooking and the dishes were so tasty!! Also so cool to see how they make home made coconut milk! We did this while staying at the horizon roof inn guest house, our hosts were so lovely and it’s awesome to cook in a Sri Lankan kitchen :) and as often in Sri Lanka there is so much food you won’t go hungry!! Thank you so much ❤️

We really liked our cooking class. The host is very friendly and nice woman. Do not expect anything fancy - it’s a true village kitchen outside, with fire and all sorts of handmade walls and curtains. But that is great! Feels like you are truly on somebody’s kitchen! The dishes turned out FREAKING DELICIOUS! Sooooo good! We wished the host spoke a little better English, so that we could get more local inside. But if you want a true local experience- that’s the place to go!
