Stayed for 11 days. Staff is super nice. Breakfast is good. Rooms are ok also, they clean them everyday. All in all in my opinion price/quality is very good.

Very satisfied with the service at Ping hotel My family booked a room here. We took our child to Hanoi for the exam and booked at Ping Hotel. The hotel is near my child's exam location. Very suitable for resort guests. Road traffic is convenient. Here, we are cared for like family members. My child had to take an exam in the morning and had to eat breakfast early, the hotel was still ready to serve. We really appreciate that. Room prices at the hotel are reasonable. We stayed 4 nights and were satisfied. The receptionist is very welcoming and friendly. Other departments all do their jobs well. Especially the breakfast here is very diverse. I really like the pho here. Fresh meat and delicious broth, exactly like the taste of a pho restaurant. Next time I will book here when I go on a business trip to Hanoi. Please come and experience.

Good service, but the bathroom has a see-through curtain that is supposed to cover the bathroom glass itself. Just look at these images. I don’t want to be seen showering!
