Very convenient located. Walking distant to the JR station, Toyota rent a car, BIC and etc. No parking lots at this hotel. Pay parking lots just opposite the street. Take note, there are two different facilities PINN-N4E2-I and PIN-N4E2-II. The II is better option. Will use again.

Hotel rooms tend to be quite small in Japan. If you are travelling in a group/with family, apartment is a good choice - you can have more space, a fully-equipped kitchen and even a washing machine - like this apartment (all very likely at a lower price when comparing to hotel)! Location is good as this apartment is located within a short walk to the Sapporo JR Station. There are supermarkets, convenience stores and department stores nearby. They adopt a self-check in system and it is rather easy and convenient. There is a manual which will guide you through the process. The apartment is clean and quite at night. Will recommend!

Beautiful apartment! Convenient location (several minutes walk from Sapporo station), full of home equipments and amenities. Two points to comment here. One point is self-reception system. Since no one at the reception, you need to check-in by yourself with a tablet device. When you have basic skill to use IT devices and check emails from the hotel operator and read them well, it is not hard to do. Second is that there’s no guide documents for a washing machine and detergents. It is easy to understand if you read Japanese explanation. But if you don’t, it might be tough work for you.

This is a nice little hotel. As of December 2018, it's very new and stylishly decorated. Fairly roomy by Japan standards, and situated in a good part of town. There are plenty convenience stores nearby, as well as a little grocery about 5 mins away. Esta Mall is 5 mins away, and a huge JR station with more malls and restos another 5 from there. There is no housekeeping service which is a little bothersome, but there are cleaning supplies in each room. No matter how big a room you get, there is only one convection stove in the kitchen. My family likes cooking locally sourced ingredients, so that was a bit of a pain. Pillows were also soft and flat as pancakes, with no extras available in the room. But the room was spotless and nicely decorated, so these little issues are forgivable. Overall, very good value for your money!
