Had a wonderful time at the hotel. The pool was pristine and the food was amazing, you have got to try the chef special mutton biryani.. but the best feature was the friendliness of the staff and their willingness to be of service. Best hotel to have a budget stay and get 5 star service.

I have spent many, many nights at Pioneer over the last year - this lovely hotel is like my second home. The staff is fabulous, the management makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. This hotel is EXCEPTIONALLY clean, nicely decorated/furnished and very well run. One notable item: the staff is consistent, the turnover is very low. They go out of their way to make you happy. Always thankful to y'all!

I have frequently visited Old Town Cafe which is the dine in of Pioneer Hotel. The food and hospitality is great. A very clean and professional atmosphere and a place you feel like spending time. I would fail in my duties if the staff is not commended for their friendly welcome. They are always with a smile and at your service. I wish them all the best. 5 stars are in order

Stayed here for a night at its 2bhl apartment. Very spacious and clean! Toilets are hygienic and maintained well. The front desk had kind people and talked politely. Room service was quite quick and helpful! The breakfast was very generic, but served clean and fresh. Didn't have any other meals at the hotel since i had to travel. They had pool, but not a gym. Not a bright side for the fitness freak travellers. You could take a jog in the morning though. Great roads with rocky mountains on both sides. Quite a picturesque landscape sorrounds the hotel! If you look at shopping in the hypermarts, you need to drive into the city, which is about a 20 minutes drive from the hotel (a slight downfall for people who are looking at enjoying the cityscape). Overall, a great place to stay in for a holiday.
