I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Mandy and his exceptional team at the restaurant. The entire restaurant staff was truly amazing, but I must commend Mandy for his unwavering calmness, professionalism, and respectful treatment of everyone. The experience at the restaurant was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to their outstanding service. A big thank you to Mr. Mandy and his team for creating a memorable experience. On the other note, the guy at reception was super rude with very angry face.,May be some hotel training will benefit him for his career.

Not a good experience staying at this place. I had a 4 nights stay and despite repeated reminders/complaints, the phone wasn't fixed as it was dead and I even had to call room service to get my room cleaned even when the 'make my room' sign was placed outside. Toiletries were not replaced timely and I even had to go down to the reception to ask them to replace them. One can get better options in the same price bracket.

Can’t fault this place. Absolute amazing value for money. So affordable and includes breakfast buffet, gym and pool. Excellent location, close to main area but not noisy at night! Staff were lovely and helped us with printing tickets for our onward trains.

Not so great hotel to stay with family. The location is great as it's near to Patong Beach and Bangla Road. The other market areas and restaurants are also very nearby. The rooms were very congested. Very small bed. Only one person can sleep on the bed comfortably. We booked Economy rooms which comes without balcony and it's a very small room. The other superior rooms are spacious. The breakfast options were also very less. If you are coming with family, I would not recommend this hotel. We did not enjoy our stay there. 2 stars are only for it's location.

Positives were the staff were very friendly and location is very central. Negatives are the hotel is quite rundown and needs an overall, clean and update. The daily breakfast was hit and miss. The food was quite scarce and we missed out quite a few times. The room was adequate in size but the mattress was rock hard and the room needed an update as it was quite rundown. The common areas are in need of a paint and new flooring. The pool area needs some greenery around the fences and some shade. The stairs are not child safe due to the gap between the stairs and railing. Also a few things did go missing from our rooms. Nothing major but it was noticeable.
