This hotel is great with about 6 car parks on site. It looses stars because we really wanted to use the steam room and sauna but both were broken and looked unused in along time. I would stay again in good close location to fashion malll

Worst hotel ever. Staff is really bad and rude. Very poor service. They dont provide any basic things customers request and charge extra unnecessarily. Worst service ever and one of the worst hotels in bangkok. Rooms are also really shabby. Don’t recommend to anyone.
