We've been staying at this place for two weeks already, and we're absolutely delighted with everything! It has a fantastic large area with a pool and a gym. Breakfast with a great selection of food and beverages is included in the accommodation price. Daily room cleaning is also part of the accommodation cost. The staff is very responsive and pleasant. It's a convenient location if you have a scooter. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need, and while the kitchen in the apartments is not large, it's entirely sufficient for preparing lunch or dinner. Alternatively, you can order food from the restaurant directly to your room. It's a wonderful place in Bali for a long stay or a family vacation.

Terrible attitude of the staff to their work. No customer focus. When you ask for something, you have to wait for it for a very long time and it’s not a fact that they will eventually do it. I lived far from the lobby and I needed not to walk, but to get to my apartment by taxi, I was forbidden to go, only walk, although I had a reason why I could not walk. Also poor cleaning, not tasty breakfast, very low wifi speed, I had to use my mobile internet. And most of the staff cough, they come to clean up and cough inside our apartments, and this is not just once, but constantly. They also cough in the breakfast area and other common areas, while walking around without masks.

Very bad internet speed. I couldn't watch the movie from 1982 year in 360p... but on the reception internet speed is good. Staff say that the rooms are speed up to 2 megabytes per second, but in fact it is less than 1 megabytes and often 0. I don’t recommend if you need internet.

Very good hotel to stay in Nusa Dua without having to pay very high price. We stayed with the family in one of their suite, it is very spacy. It has a large living room with American kitchen, door opening to small garden, two bedrooms with one having it's own bathroom (with bathtub). Very comfortable room. The only minus is the breakfast with not much choice besides meals (nothing like American breakfast except bread). In short, i highly recommend this hotel.
