Lovely place for a holiday. Affrordable too! Lieterally a one minute walk to everything you could possible need on Sea Point main road. 3 minute walk to beautiful beaches. With a swimmimg pool, gym, barbecue area its hard to beat!!

The manager and the staff they are very helpless One day the electricity stop suddenly and I spent 3 hours with out electricity Really I felt uncomfortable in this house Sometimes they don’t care about the broken things and when I asked them to fix it t they don’t reply I can’t speak with my friend or also walking sometime in my apartment because the neighbors The internet is so bad and some days is offline

The location is good and it could be a nice place if management would care a little more about their customers The communication was terrible: they were hard to reach and came half an hour late for check in and the studio wasn't ready at 3:45pm, they are unhelpful in general with all enquiries Sleepless nights: neighbours aircon was loud and dripping down, lots of mosquitos, loud fridge

False advertising. When we got there we were told our apartment doesn't have DSTV also Netflix is available only if you have your own account. Our apartment wasn't really modern or newly renovated. However, the location is perfect, really close to the shops and restaurants, everything is walking distance and this made up for everything else. Overall, our stay wasnt too bad.
