Never encountered a more unfriendly, the opposite of competent woman at the reception. we tried to call her on the number at the entrance & from the room the next morning, but she never picked up the phone, instead she accused us that we haven't called. she was also unable to read the dates on our corona certificates correctly. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER The room was tiny, full of dust (people with allergies STAY AWAY) & the window isolation is very bad, was blowing the whole night, so we had to cover it with towels, as they turn off the heating at night. Could continue & would give 0 stars if possible!

Would be OK for half the price. Fridge was turned off and moldy, 1 out of 3 showers I took was warm, the room is really hot and AC is not working.
