Hotel is very clean and comfy. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast has many choices. However, the location is a bit far from city center. Overall, i am satisfied with our stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. Large room with a view of the back of the hotel, therefore quiet. Small bathroom without bidet. Dirty carpet, no cleaning. Bathroom with dirty and dusty floor. Not replenished Bathroom with toilet paper when finished. After using the kettle for herbal tea, the next day they did not collect and change glasses and did not replenish sugar and herbal teas. Beverage dispenser in the lobby with sparkling water only. Hostesses who only speak German or a little English. It's a shame about all this because it would be a nice and convenient hotel with public transport that allows you to reach the center easily.

Carpet to be replaced, cleanliness definitely to be reviewed (dirty sheets, towels left on the floor and not changed). I appreciated the size of the room, the kettle, the view of the park from the room, the very friendly staff. I expected more perhaps from breakfast, in Austria I saw more choice, but all the products present were delicious!

Excellent hotel! Beautiful, clean and quiet! The rooms were clean, comfortable and comfortable, with fantastic beds! I haven't slept better in a long time😊. The employees at the hotel were absolutely wonderful, kind and helpful in everything and some of them even know the Serbian language🙂. The hotel also has a bar that is quite interesting and nicely decorated, a fitness center with a sauna that we used regularly🤩. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and varied!!! Some people from our group had problems with the rooms, no heating, hot water, etc... But from my personal experience this hotel is excellent and the stay in it was very satisfying! I would definitely stay here again. All recommendations😊👌

I stayed for two nights in this hotel, on booking it had several positive reviews on Google, no and I don't understand why... I must say that initially it made me anxious but then we arrived, the staff was kind, they speak English and some another language, it's a shame that Italian wasn't among the languages but it doesn't matter we managed to make ourselves understood 😅. The rooms were normal, nothing spectacular, clean and tidy, the thing I liked was that in the wardrobe there was an ironing board and an iron, I didn't need it but I appreciated it, a safe, the shampoo which was for body, hair and face, and a nice little box in which there were two files, two cotton pads, a sachet with needle, thread and button and a shower cap, it is a splendid and super thought useful. I appreciated it very much. We also had breakfast included in our short stay and I have to say it was very good. I was very satisfied. If I were to return to Vienna I will definitely return here as I had a good time.
