Everything ws fine as a guest house but our first day experience was bad due to a problem with water supply, i felt like they knew about that even before we reach there but pretended like they were not aware it. Most of the bath rooms fittings are broken in all five rooms we saw specially showers are not working properly on first floor..

Worth for the price. A good budget location for backpackers. The owner is very friendly and supportive. Clean rooms with all required facilities. Parking space is enough and reasonable security is there. Ibbankatuwa lake is nearby and a place is there to have a lake bath. Tasty food served. No chair in the room and more carpets should be added to rooms. I recommend this place for budget travelers.

It is located at the convenient place from town. You can have a nice river side walk and the rooms are windy in the morning and evening. The owners are very helpful and friendly. It wouldbe better if they remove tiny ants and reptiles inside the room.
