Overall, a good and comfortable stay. We had indicated that there would be 3 of us but unfortunately, the sofa bed was not set up yet upon check in. When we requested for bedding for the sofa bed, we waited an hour and had to follow up before it was delivered. Our key card didn’t work every night we returned to the hotel so we had to go back to the lobby to get it reprogrammed. The front desk person was helpful but it was inconvenient having to go back to the lobby when we just wanted to get to our room after a long day. We learned our lesson and on the fourth night, we just stopped by the front desk to have the key card programmed before going up. The hotel location is great and there are many options for dining nearby.

This place was awesome. So happy I made the decision to stay here. Got a little extra treat for staying through Christmas. The staff spoke French, English & Spanish, and were so kind in all 3. Shout out to Alexandro who helped us the most! The location is great located in a safe & quaint neighborhood. Many local places near by giving a more authentic feel just outside the heart of the city. Walking distance to the Champs-Elysee and Arc du Triomphe. We did walk to the Eiffel Tower (about 30 minutes) but can also take public transport. Rooms are expectedly small but more than enough space for you to feel comfortable + the beds were PERFECT, I got the best sleep every night.

Update: Thank you Henri for reaching out personally and change our rooms. We really appreciate the Pley team working with us. Besides this incident, we really enjoy staying at this hotel. It's a great location. We would definitely be staying here again. The staff are friendly. However, we have people in the room next to us are smoking. The hallway is filled with smoke and seeping into our room. I alerted the front desk staff three times over a day and half. All I was told is they are going to check. Nothing was done or offered any solution. We have two very young kids, and we have to sleep in a smoky room. The place is not cheap and we are paying 600 euro a night. We were expecting a better experience for a place that claimed to be a 4 star hotel.

This is the cutest boutique hotel! Love the modern decor. The hotel just opened a few years ago, so everything is fairly new. My deluxe room was a nice size. The staff is very nice and helpful in arranging tours to the major attractions which are all within about 2 miles. My only suggestion would be to provide a streaming option on the TV. The lack of one didn’t ruin my stay, however, it’s becoming the norm now at most newer hotels. I’d definitely return.
