We had reserved a room from July 18th to 19th. However, due to a flight delay, we attempted to contact the hotel by phone, but unfortunately, we couldn't reach anyone since the reception was only open until 11 pm. As a result, we arrived at 11:30 pm, when the reception was already closed. This forced us to find an emergency solution in the middle of the night. This experience falls short of satisfactory service. As of now, we haven't received a refund for our booking either.

Perfect place to sleep before going to Plitvice. We could heat people from next room but except for that it was perfect.

Everything was perfect!!It was worth the cost!!!The pool was amazing especially at night when the water was cold and refreshing and for one night it was all we needed.

The rooms were clean and good, the staff were very kind and helpful. The location is very nice with the pool and quite close to the lakes. Only negative - which is positive - it is very close to the main road, but it makes also somehow noisy ( but after long walks around the lakes it is no problem to sleep ;) ) also in one of the house the wifi did not work properly... But in the other it worked well... Overall it worth to stay there for sure.

We called in the afternoon to confirm we could check in after 6pm and they said yes. Upon arrival they said we were late and were not welcoming. They promptly gave us our key and led us to our room. The facility is very clean and up to date. The ac is good. There is road noise. Parking was easy. I went down to the lobby in the evening and made a hot chocolate from the coffee machine. The staff told me I wasn’t suppose to use it outside of breakfast hours. They should put a sign up if that is the rule. The reason for the star deduction is due to the staff being unfriendly.
