PM3 - Via del Parco Margherita 3

I booked this property with Booking from 08/15/22 to 08/18/22. From the moment of booking I was NEVER able to get in touch with the structure because the telephone numbers didn't even ring. I was contacted by them the day before my arrival by a girl called Grecia who kept pressuring me to arrive at the facility before 2.30pm otherwise she would only be available after 6pm. My plane landed at 1.20pm and I, plus 5 people with me, in less than an hour would have had to cross Naples to get to the apartment.... that's all I'll say. I was contacted 2 hours before my arrival by another person named Roberta who said she would welcome me to the facility (very kind person among other things). I managed, with an absurd rush, to arrive at the structure at 2.35pm and the STRUCTURE WAS NOT READY BECAUSE CLEANING WAS STILL IN PROGRESS. But then why pressure me to arrive first??? Why put on the property's info that check-in is from 2pm to 9pm??? At 2.35pm the time of my arrival I can't even enter the property except to leave my luggage and pay the tourist tax. Furthermore, in the evening when I actually entered the facility I discovered all the inconveniences that I documented with photos and videos. What am I talking about??? We're talking about peeling walls near the headboards, cobwebs, stained sheets and towels, ants on and under the bed, my room is PM3 dirty, but I'm talking about days of dirt. Air conditioner leaking water and made do with a bucket and a pot, an absurd scene only seen in films. In the bathroom the original tiles were white, now they are black, I don't know if it's due to mold or what else. On the 15th night I managed to contact Roberta, the kind girl who had welcomed me and after two days, therefore on 17/08/22, upon returning to the apartment I found on the kitchen table towels wrapped in cellophane from some laundry but these too turned out to be stained, and in the more I discover ants in my room that from behind the skirting board of the door go under the bed passing through my shoes. The only positive note is the optimal position in which the apartment is located. It's really a shame because if taken care of and fixed the defects it presents would be really great.
