First, I was impressed with how friendly and helpful the receptionist was. Next, my family and I were further impressed with our rooms. I stayed in the cabin which was fantastic. It was immaculate and well kept. The other room was also neat and tidy. Also we thoroughly enjoyed the pool too.

Do not be fooled by the photos as they are a big deception with what your room may look like. The room was absolutely tiny, not to mention there were so many broken outlets that were a fire hazard. The rooms look nothing like the photos The rooms are run down and not to mention they say they provide room service, yet no one serviced my room nor my friends room the 4 days we were there. And whenever these cleaners would walk past, they would look at you in disgust. I 100000% recommend you do not stay here, the location may be of convenience but everything else made the stay not worthwhile.

As many here have noted there is a big difference between the rooms and the new executive apartments. I had a chance to stay in both during my stay and the apartments are indeed next level. I didn't even want to leave and go anywhere as the place was new, well furnished, warm, modern and everything you could wish for in a home away from home. The room by the pool I stayed in first was neat and tidy, not bad as many reviews say but definitely not 4 star. A cozy motel room good to spend a few nights in. The apartments are definitively much higher quality and if you are traveling with a family or friends book those.

We stayed in the villa booked for 4 adults and a 6 Year old it's advertised as having 4 beds 1 king 2 singles and a sofa bed.When we arrived they tried to charge a extra $40 for the sofa bed not advertised on the booking site it was extra! Also definitely needs a good deep clean as there was food on the couches,big spider webs and few bad stains on the carpet.spa was not hot looked broken.Will not be coming back.
