The outdoor showers are a treat. The rooms are spacious and the management team and staff are absolutely fantastic. The pizzas and ribeye steaks were the best meals on a very good menu. Our kids loved the snorkeling experience using the hotels boat and crew.

This resort was GORGEOUS!! We loved staying here so much. Amazing location, great restaurant, perfect clean and comfy villas. The hospitality was unmatched. Bikes, scuba gear, breakfast all included and made our stay so relaxing. Would definitely stay again!!

Hands down the best resort on Gili Trawangan. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They clean the room twice, once in the day and once in the evening they offer the turn down service to keep mosquitos away. The food is top notch in both their beach restaurant as well as in Ijo. We enjoyed our meals in Ijo, and it was really nice of Camille, their F&B director to personally check on all guests. You can rent snorkel equipment and bikes for no charge and explore the island! We stayed there four nights and every single staff member went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. Shoutout to Rozi for his great service at the restaurant and for teaching us some bahasa. Will highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Thank you very much for the wonderful time in your perfectly located resort (4 nights) and the beautiful palm view villa with the biggest outdoor bathroom I have seen so far. The aloe vera was amazing! Small suggestions for improvement: - The breakfast was a real treat! However, we love to eat local food also for dinner, so it would be great to add few local dishes to the dinner menu as well. - It should be made clear that the ocean view villa does NOT have ocean view (maybe renaming it into ocean front/ocean facing view). - The bicycles we got for free were always in poor condition (brakes, light, gear), but we always managed to return to the hotel. - Since the Top Manager was around it would have been nice to have a short contact with him as well. Special thanks go to: Mrs. Maria - you are always there for your guests Mr. Hafiz - you make even impossible things possible, thanks much again for the great surprise 😉 Mr. Hendra - you gave us a warm welcome with our first drink at the pool bar Mr. Satya - thanks for the great service at the pool bar Mr. Klaus - thanks for making it possible that I got beef rendang for dinner in the beach restaurant Mr. Uhias („Ias“) - thanks for the great service at the pool bar Mr. Zugi - thanks for your friendliness at all time We would love to come back!
