Beautiful space, a good balance of luxury - modern outlook with traditional lombok style architecture. Room space is decent with outdoor open showers, Staffs were super friendly and helpful, always ready to help whenever needed. You need to take the horse car to reach this point especially if traveling with family. Walking distance to the shore where all stores and shops are. I especially love the walk in to the hotel, the wooden path surrounded by nature that separates the busy town and brings you back into the peaceful Serene villas. Menu options are not too wide but good enough. Taste is ok and they can help create some vegan or vegetarian dish when requested. Absolutely recommend this place!

What an exceptional service ! We had an amazing stay at Ponte Villas, thanks to Mr Marcel and his team. They made us feel welcome and at home. We spent a couple of days in the 2-bedroom villas with private pool. We loved the comfort, the design, the quietness, the food, but most of all the service. The staff helped us organize some activities, discover the island, facilitate our transfer in and out of Bali. We were sad to leave this place, and would love to come back again. We highly recommend Ponte Villas.

An exceptional gem, slightly off the beaten path in Gili Trawangan. Pointe Villas ended up being our favourite accommodation in Indonesia! I would argue that it’s easily better than the 3 stars Google has awarded it. Our stay was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable thanks to their fantastic facilities, staff & restaurant. The included breakfast was spectacular, I’m missing it already. The pool was the perfect temperature to cool down in and refresh ourselves when needed. The staff provided a welcome gift because of our honeymoon and made our stay even more special. Looking forward to returning in the future!!

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Thanks to Ponte, I fell in love with Gili Trawangan Island, and my husband and I have been coming here for the third time. The hotel serves delicious breakfast, the beach is always clean and meticulously maintained in the mornings, the pool is warm and suitable for night swimming, and the villa cleaning has always been impeccable.
