The rooms, pool and grounds were great. Rooms come with everything you need. Pool gets very warm by mid morning as it's only shallow at 1.3 metres. We were lucky to have great views of the golf course and mountains. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. It is a little way out of the main street of Port Douglas so you'll need to drive into town although there is a local bus and a shuttle for $11 each way pp.

The hotel resort was simply everything you could ask for. Super clean. All staff were professional, AMAZING and very accommodating. The pool is huge and fabulous. We had the best of both rooms. The mountain view room which looks out to the pool, mountains and gold course. The swim up pool rooms were the best. Pool at your own private gate. WOW. Such a great spot for a family holiday. We were lucky enough to have a car as you are a little way out from the main streets of Port. Thank you for having us. We will be back.

We stayed at Pool Resort with my family of 4. Its been amazing stay. Very informative and friendly reception staff. However thankyou for recommending us the Star Shuttle, they were amazing as well. We used them for our entire trip of 5 days and we never waited more than 7 minutes. Sometimes they were like 30 seconds. Ravi and the team was amazing.
