The worst guesthouse we’ve ever stayed. The sewage water came out from the drain in the toilet and it leaked into the room. The toilet was completely flooded. Our bag was wet with sewage water. We wrote to the owner thru WeChat, no reply. There weren’t anyone there at the reception at all. We immediately left the room and cancelled the rest of our stay. If you consider this place to stay, please don’t. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for a better hotel.

Daily cleaning not conducted, towel and bedsheet not to be changed for 5 days. But the location its OK.

It was the first time in my life that I had to call the police after staying at a hotel. I made a reservation for 3 days and only slept one night. The next day I locked the door and went out to play. When I came back, the door opened and my luggage was missing! The luggage is missing! The luggage is missing! There was no one at the front desk of the hotel, so I could only contact the person in charge via WeChat. I asked the person in charge why my luggage was missing? The person in charge replied to me in confusion. I asked the aunt, and then she replied that she made a mistake and the luggage was at the front desk. What! ! ! ! Why can my aunt open the door to my room without my permission when I'm still staying, and touch my luggage without notifying me? What if my luggage is missing! ! Moreover, the person in charge of the hotel said that she had made a mistake and dismissed me. Then I found my luggage in the corridor at the front desk. There was a large garbage paper bag on top of my luggage. I asked the person in charge what it was, and the person in charge said It should be your stuff. I opened it and saw that it contained the Turtle Cream packed the night before, freshly washed clothes, worn dirty clothes, charging equipment, backpacks, kettles, and toiletries all packed into a garbage bag. ! And the luggage was left unlocked in the corridor for who knows how long, omg! ! Then I asked the person in charge of the hotel what was going on, and the person in charge said that he would give a stern warning to the aunt, what! There was not even an apology, not even a solution, but he said that he would strengthen training! ! ! Those who want to stay in their house, please think twice. Their rooms have a peculiar smell, the towels have a very smelly smell, and there is a loud and noisy sound of water when sleeping at night!
