We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is perfect -- on one of the prettiest streets right in the center of everything. The reception was welcoming, helpful and friendly, and we loved our room which had a sitting room where we could watch all the activity around us on both sides. The attached restaurant is also nice and has great service. Definitely recommended for your stay in Porto.

We had three nights here and from the start to finish the stay was brilliant. From the early check in till when we left it felt pretty special staying there. The young lady at check in was excellent, warm and caring. The room was great and very quiet. Breakfast was everything that you needed and more…it kept our tummies quite full for most of the day. The little glass of port and a pasteis de nata or two was a nice touch as well. Location was great and Porto was amazing.

We reserved a room 3 months before arrival and we were very excited for our stay. We showed up and the concierge told us our reservation was canceled (unknown to us) . They canceled our reservation without prompt or notification and didn’t mention it to us. We showed up and tried to pick up the pieces but the wifi didn’t even work. They offered to give us a room at what was a higher rate than we page ror one night only after which we would have to find other lodging. Place looked nice enough but beware of booking if you want a place you can actually feel confident in staying when it comes down to it!
