Based on the reviews, we were a little bit afraid of staying at this motel, but it was not that bad. Checkin went smoothly, the girl in the reception was helpful and friendly. The room was outdated, but it was relatively clean (at least the sheets and the bed were ok). I was impressed that they actually do daily cleaning. In the daytime, you can reach the place easily by bus nb. 50. At night, you can take bus 540, and walk ~15 mins. At night, the place was quiet, we were able to sleep normally. For the price, I think it's acceptable.

If you need a very basic place to rest for the night this is an okay place to stay. The bathroom/shower feels like a port-a-loo and there I'd very little space in the room. It had a heater and was warm on the cold evening we were there. Not very centrally located and our sheets were stained.

The hotel was smelly and every dirty, is don't recommend you to book this hotel. We checked in went to the room and after 15 min we checked out again, it's not possible to stay there. It's has also dirt on floor en stains on the wall of the room and ceiling. There was bugs waling on the floor near the bed. We didn't get our money refund. If you care about your health and of your family don't book this hotel.

Good clean room and everything I needed. Own bathroom (cabin style but good) charge points, good quiet and efficient air con & TV. Allowed to store my Cycle in the room. If Cycling, note this is a 40 minute ride from the City and mostly up hill. Otherwise great. Breakfast available but little else. Vending machine only so come prepared. Is close to out if town shopping complex.
