I stayed at the hotel with my wife, mother, auntie and son. We all too happy with everything. Room, dining, service, parking facility and location was excellent. We had a great experience at this hotel! The rooms are very small, reminiscent of ship cabins. But everything was very clean, the beds very comfortable and quiet. If you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room, it's perfect for resting. The hotel is close to the train station and a large supermarket. Highlight for the staff who were extremely attentive, kind and very helpful.

The hotel is currently undergoing some maintenance and upgrade works, but other than that everything else is great. Staff is really friendly, location is good, rooms are clean and so is all the linen (which is changed daily). Rooms have good ventilation as the windows are pretty big, Air conditioner works good, hot water comes 24 hours, parking is free and is also in plenty. Supermarket is across the street, bus/tram and metro stations are all 2 mins walk. Cafes and restaurants as well. Overall, it is the best value for money hotel you can find when visiting Paris.

Great location with free parking. Easy access to mass transportation. The bus and tram stop are directly in front of the hotel. Plenty of restaurants nearby. They are doing putting down new floors in the lobby, but it wasn't a bother. Our room had a funny smell coming from the drain, the air conditioning was so so and the bed wasn't comfortable. The center sagged. Very small bathroom. We had the do not disturb sign on the door, the staff entered our on two different occasions, once while we were in the room, and when we went to the parking lot. Overall it's ok.
