There is no cutleries in the room. Need to pay extra for it. Parking is not free. The pool and the sauna were good but lots of building materials stored in the pool area.

I would recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the Obersendling area. Only complaint would be that the room didn’t get cold, so I had to open the window, and heard many cars, which kept me awake. Otherwise it was great.

The rooms were really nice. Although we were with family and we were given 2 rooms in 2 different floors. But, we managed our way to enjoy that different floors rooms facility:-). The rooms had pretty cool kitchen. Wifi was not working. But, we didn't care much. Swimming pool was nice. But, the water was extremely cold. We went by car so the location was anyway good for us.

Very disappointed in the service. 1. Nonfunctional wifi during the entire stay. Plus the area is a "dead spot," so phone service was weak. Wasn't able to get any work done as planned. 2. Although the site says there is pool/sauna/Fitness, nowhere on the site does it say it's only open til 8pm. Which is a normal time for guests to arrive. Intentional? There is no time schedule on the site... 3. Disappointed not to have gotten to exercise in the evening, I wake up early hoping to do strength training in the morning. The website has a picture of dumbbells on its "fitness" section. But there were no dumbbells. Nothing for strength training. As I checked out, I explained my frustrations, that several amenities that made me pick the hotel ended up not being available. I was told it would be fixed. I stayed at the hotel 3+weeks ago and the site doesn't look any different. I would have wished that at least when I arrived, a recompense for the wifi being down would have been offered, like a free breakfast or something.
