I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about this place but a microwave in the room would be a nice addition and a little forewarning that there is no elevator.

First of all, this is not a hotel, it's an apartment. Secondly, we waited 15 minutes outside in the cold until a very unfriendly lady with an attitude like she was doing us a favor came over. Without explaining anything, she gave us the keys to a very impractical apartment with one tiny garbage bin in the bathroom, no extra blankets or towels, not very clean, it had blinds outside the window that made it look and feel like it's a bunker. It took us a while to figure out those blinds were openable, we feel that is something we should have been informed about. The beds were the only comfortable thing about this place. If this place was free, all of this would have been bearable, but one would expect more functionality from a place you pay money for, so this experience is not something I would recommend to anyone. Better spend a few extra dollars and get a nice hotel room, in an actual hotel.

Really good location and the rooms are exactly as per photos . The room was super clean . The corridors in the building leave a lot to be desired and really needs some money spending but the rooms are so good i have not lowered my score . The girl did not speak English but was super helpful and we used translate and was no problem .
