The room was clean except there is a noticable spider web under the bed and the toilet are not sparkling. You can actually use some stain remover. The towel smell weird because of too long leaving in the dryer or leaving in the sun. It gives out burn smell after 1 use. Yall could have got 5 if not because of the towel. The staff is helpful and the lift & lobby design is luxurious. The parking nearby is not always full but it is not private either. Shop nearby is okay not so much choice unless you cross the highway.

My room air-condition not cold at all instead I'm trying to change to different room but seems like they don't care about customer problem and not giving me a positive answer instead, and at the end I decided to check out on the same day due to unsatisfied with receptionist either staffs there.I would say very bad service, no courtesy. They don’t care what you want, what they are supposed to serve for which we have paid. Worst Hotel. Not at all recommended for the stay.

Extremely disappointing stay. We were booked into a room that had a broken air conditioner (this was a recurring problem with this particular room 211 that the hotel already knew about), no fan or ventilation. No alternatives were offered - they could not offer us another room nor did they have any fans on hand to provide. Suffocating to sleep in. Will not be returning.
