Very nice option for those who look for quite place to sleep which is few steps away from the main busy area (Tourise Spot) Staff are so kind and friendly, and they even have amazing rates compared to the others around them. Rooms are simple, but not small and tight. Good facility, and has its own restaurant. Special thanks for Ms. Alexandria for helping me booking the room during the busiest time where majority hotels in the area were sold out. Adding to that that she did present a noble act and did not take an advantage and increase the price, she even helped me with a special rate. Will definitely come back for such kind and amazing team.

The only great about this hotel is the location of it. This hotel is very near to the jonker street, walking distance. However, the room was really dirty. We requested to change to second room as the toilet was really bad. The second room toilet was equally bad, the tiles of the toilet were so dirty that we couldn't even take shower comfortably. The place where we supposed to put our bags, the table was not wiped for ages, as soon as I kept my laptop bag, the dust got all over on it. In breakfast, I couldn't even mix the coffee with powder milk and sugar as it was so cold, that was supposed to be hot. It was really very dissapointing and do not recommend this hotel unless you have really no better budget to get different hotel. I took this hotel as the review was good but from my own experience, I will never return to this hotel anymore.

Got a short stay for a small family. Not expecting much since I've read all the reviews first. The room doesn't bother me as we were there just to sleep. We booked because the location is good for the price.

Stayed here for 2 nights, very pleasent stay. Staff very effecient, helpful and welcoming. No problem with parking, along with quick and easy check in. The refurbished rooms are big & cozy. Has a TV and comfy bed. Sheets are clean and bathroom very sanitary. They even have family rooms with 2 queen beds. There is breakfast buffet, and for a 3 star hotel, has a lot of yummy food choices with a variety of drinks. Amazing service from all the staff. As soon as a table leave they will clean it straight away. Very near walking distance to Jonker Street, a street full of famous foods and restaurants. Will surely come back again. Overall very nice hotel.

For the price paid, feels not very great deal.. rooms were quite rundown and basic, especially the bathroom. Got free 2-in-1 body shampoo but no toiletries like toothbrush. Refilling Drinking water only available when their restaurant is open which is usually 7am to 2pm, else you need to either buy water from elsewhere or from the hotel. WiFi is usually very weak. Cleaning is subpar.. they didn't even wash the cups!! The only good point of the hotel is probably the distance to popular attractions like jonker street and red square. If you looking for a place to just get basic rest after a day of activities, this might do, but honestly I think there are definitely better options around
