I come from the hotel industry so naturally I am always very critical of the hotels I stay at. I can honestly say that Prima Tel Aviv has exceeded my expectations. It is very good value for money. The location is great, the room was clean with good quality toiletries an had several complimentary snacks and drinks. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection of local options. Tom at reception is a sweetheart with a very contagious smile. :) Highly recommended!

This hotel is good quality for its price. It is modern and clean, and the price is right for one night in a small room that has all the amenities one person could need. The staff (especially Tom) were very nice and extremely accommodating. I would definitely stay here again for another night at the Tel Aviv beach.

This was the perfect hotel for our family. Steps from the beach, nice clean rooms, great service. The breakfast was incredible- huge selection without being overwhelming. Coffee, water and afternoon snacks available in the lobby. The front desk staff was thorough and helpful. Kvir at the front desk was particularly helpful during our 3am departure. We would 100% stay here again and will be recommending Hotel Prima to friends.

Location is great and close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. However, I was originally given a room on the first floor and it smelled so horribly of sewage and feces, so I asked for a new room. They gave me a different room on the first floor which smelled even stronger of feces. After explaining this to the front desk again, I was finally moved up to room 213. Which didn’t smell at all, so that was an improvement. There is something seriously wrong with rooms on the 1st floor and they should NOT be renting those out to anyone. Hotel feels somewhat safe, but I had an incident where someone was in my room when I wasn’t there and vandalized a bag that I had on my desk. Writing my room # on it with a pen. Brought this to the attention of the front desk as I was traveling alone for work and the only other people that should have been in there would have been employees. The front desk worker initially tried to blame me and didn’t do anything aside from take a picture of the bag. Never heard anything else about it. Thank god it happened on my last day there because I felt so unsafe after that. The wifi is incredibly slow and unreliable, so don’t expect to get much use out of it. The walls are also very thin, so if your neighbor decides to blast music all night, then you just have to deal with the party too.
