From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was captivated by its excellent warm ambiance, which made me feel instantly relaxed and at home. The staff at Primus Hotel are a true gem! They greeted me with genuine smiles and were incredibly friendly throughout my entire stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure guests' comfort are commendable. Whether I needed recommendations for local attractions or simply wanted a friendly chat, they were always there with a warm and welcoming attitude. We had visited for a weekend and everything was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing! Rooms are designed perfectly and cleaned as well. Each personnel had always been smiley, they are great! Despite little problems related to the new opening and early season, the management and staff were always willing to help. I wish to stay there for more nights, but we’ll visit again!
