Nice apartment with a good location. It is very close to Arsenal station. You will have a direct boat to the main parking garages. The only downside is that you will hear the neighbors walking.

Hi, Came very late , Gilla the owner welcomed us very warmly. The apprtment was clean and is located near Arsenal which is good. Nice coffee shop downstairs. I storngly recommend it. Boaz

Very dirty apartment with many defects. Furniture and kitchen equipment come from the thrift store. Bad beds. Lift doesn't work. Cleaner was very rude. Owner didn't respond on our complains.
