Cons: There is no elevator here!, they have 6 floors total, and the water pressure is very weak, the sink drain slowly, the bathroom door is hard to close. (After staying for 3 days we were finally able to changed the room to 3rd floor, which have better water pressure and only 3 floors to climb so I'm changing my review to 4 stars) For 2 stars hotel I'm a bit disappointed. 😔 The pros: good location, have Laundry service 40k per kilo, bike rental 150k per day, friendly receptionist 😊. Good location and pretty quiet in the room

In this Hotel actually works the best receptionist i have met so far. She is called Ngau and you can trust me when i say that you are going to feel very welcome just because of her friendliness and helpfulness. The Rooms are clean and for that price you will probably never finde a better deal. Exceptional!

6 floors without elevator and very old rooms (but everywhere in this corner of the city). In front of the hotel we had all night a singing old man. Service was very friendly and good!

Great hotel run by friendly staff. Only downside is there is a government radio broadcast location nearby so there is loud music playing in the early morning sometimes. But thats pretty common across Vietnam. The hotel itself is very clean and professional. The staff know many good activities for visitors to do and can speak fluent English and French. If you are looking to visit Hanoi amd experience the night life it is in a great location for that.
