Very clean and friendly staff. Enjoyed staying there. They provide a frying pan, several plates, bowls, and basic cutlery. However there is no real air conditioner or heater (thought there was one but the weather itself was chilly and the sound of the 'wind' was from the road outside. The street light can be very bright at night so need to put down the curtain all the way. The breakfast consists of fruit (apples and bananas), coffee, and biscuits. Provides filtered drinking water.

Never in my life , have I been so disgusted by a hotel in my entire life . upon Arrival we were greated by a gentleman to help us check in who promptly warned my Partner that her Make up" better not rub of on the pillow cases as we will be liable to pay " forst of all the pillow cases were disgusting already . Next note worthy mention is the smell a mixture of something dead and a old mould . To make it to our room we had to use an Elevator which one feels like could drop at any moment . The bed could win an award I must admit for how uncomfortable it was and it had bed bugs , the sheets were full of cigarette burns .. The short few hours we spent there we Encountered atleast 5 cockroaches The towels use to be white and are now some form of off grey difficult to explain Then they over charged us Because apparently they Charge asif the US dollar is 1usd = 19.50mxn which is not correct over charged by about $500 pesos for our 3 day stay ... My self and my Parnter could not spend one night in this place we left after a few hours and found a different hotel . I would not recommend this hotel and Frankly I would rather try my luck sleeping in the park .

Big room but the time I stayed is cold no heater, there was electric stove but no pot and spoon or fork. Water was cold, the level 7 cannot get warm water. Nearby Walmart, McDonal and some local foods.

The staff was very patient and helpful. Homemade breakfast in the morning is delicious! The rooms are a comfortable size and very clean. Pro/con is that it’s a building in the city, so it’s very loud. Convenient location easy walk to the super market and shopping malls. The kitchen did not come with any utensils, plates etc. No television in the rooms. But definitely worth the price!
