This cute and neat little hotel won our hearts ♥️ It has a very nice backyard where you can relax and enjoy the good weather. The employees were very sweet and they did their best to accommodate us and the rooms were quite clean. The location is one of the best things about this place, it’s 5 mins walking distance to the Alacati center. We also loved that the owners were giving recommendations, making sure you find your way, and they even helped us reserve some restaurants. Thanks a lot for this super nice stay, me and my husband are for sure coming back! ♥️😌

I stayed there with my sister. It was disaster. The bathroom was very smelly and dirty. It was mold in the glass, the brush was rusty, the water drainer had problem and during the shower collecting the water on the ground. Showerhead was not working only we could use hand shower. We had to pay for water when we were asking them though the tap water was not drinkable. We left the hotel after spending two nights though we paid for 4 nights. We reported to expedia what we experience there. After few days the owner's daughter called my sister couple of times and sent a WhatsApp message. That we lied to expdia and she is going to report it to police!!!!! Plus she wrote we wanted to leave there so we try to find excuses to do check out!!! Or she wrote we changed to the new hotel because they had airport transport!!!! BAREFACE!!! Yes she is partially right we changed to better hotel because the crew in new hotel were caring about their guests and were super friendly!. In my point of view, the owner of Puka Otel and her daughter need to learn hotel management. This is not the way; a manager is going to talk to guests or freighting them that she will report to police because we shared with expedia what experienced there. She wrote to us seeing mold in bathroom is normal and it is not unhealthy!!! Honestly ??? or she is kidding me!!!!

We stayed in a Suite room at Puka Hotel in August. Very wide; It was a clean room with a study area and a king size bed. We were very pleased with our room. The employees were very attentive and helped us a lot with the places we would go. The location of the hotel was good, you can walk to the market in 6-7 minutes. We liked that it was close to the market and also in a quiet place. Breakfasts were nice. Thank you, Alaçatı is the place we will choose for our next holiday😊

Although Puka Hotel Alaçatı is in the center due to its location; It is quite isolated from the chaotic atmosphere that Alaçatı is known for. The staff and hotel owners are friendly and helpful. Thanks to them, they met our every need immediately during the 3 days we spent at the hotel. You can choose without hesitation. I would definitely like to stay again on my next visit to Alaçatı..

We stayed for 2 nights on 14-16 August, it is a very cute boutique hotel, the rooms are clean, we stayed in a standard room, the room is very small, there is no socket near the bed, the bed is a little smaller than standard double beds, but since we only had two nights, we did not mind this, it was a problem. The only problem was that we had to dry our wet swimsuits and towels in the room, so they did not dry and they made a damp smell in the room. The garden is incredibly peaceful, I especially loved the cushioned corner, and the breakfast is very delicious. We are thinking of choosing the larger room next year and staying there 🥰 thank you for everything.
