The resort staff are polite, kids club staff is friendly and helpful to my family. And the view is stunning. However, the experience was ruined by issues below: 1. There is a big group with company event on beach side on our check out date. When we check in, we asked the staff if we can stay at the poolside for my baby to rest for a few more hours after we check out and they politely offer that. HOWEVER, that company event was SUPER NOISY and tune the mic to maximum volume when my daughter almost nap. Then extra work for the adults and we have to escape to a small kid club and we can't stay around the poolside. 2. It's my fault I forgot my travel adapters. HOWEVER, the resort room has no functioning USB port nor the resort willing to lend one to us.

The staff were amazing, very welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. My family and I had a great time at the pool, in the restaurants and at the beach. The hotel building and rooms are huge, breezy and very comfortable. Thank you especially for Ms. My for assisting us with check in and any request.

The bellboy Tuan is a wonderful guy. Mostly, the staff are great, but there are some gaps in terms of their hospitality, manners, and English-speaking. The pool needs to be taken care of tiles and the glass wall in the kids' pool. I stayed in the Penthouse suite for six nights, and the room was perfect. Great breakfast.

Me and my partner fell in love with this place… very happy and blessed to stay second time in Pullman, Da Nang due to excellent VIP service, beautiful beach, relaxing SPA, clean room, and impeccable service. Breakfast was a gastronomical tour, a culinary experience like no other! I enjoyed its quiet secluded location, away from loud urban places but having an easy connection to the city and tourist destinations.All staff at the resort were kind, polite and welcoming and we felt like at home Hospitality,kindness, cleanliness and service - if only I could advise you- continue this way, keep up good work!

I'm going to start off this review by explaining why I rated it so low. We are 20 guests in total, 4 kids. They absolutely refused to give us more than 15% discount on breakfast, since kids sleep past 10:30am anyway. We do not drink alcohol, nor eat pork or any meat. Nevertheless, on to the rooms... What is extremely poor and disappointing is that the rooms are not soundproof. I was disturbed every night by some noisy people. If you are a light sleeper, forget this hotel. The good... They are very decent sized rooms for two, with a large shower and bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel is on the beach, which is amazing, but it's been raining all the time so we could not go at any time. The location is on the end of the good part of the nice stretch of shops, but taxi is cheap, so it's not an issue to grab (pun intended) one whenever need be. If I had to return to Danang, I won't be coming back here.
