Super good service! One of the best Pullman hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are all very helpful, especially Velra! And the shuttle bus to town is very convenient. The room is big and clean. Everything is perfect! Highly recommend!

The hotel and resort is absolutely wonderful. Complete in terms of amenities for work, recreation and relaxation. All the staff are extremely pleasant and warm. We felt absolutely at home here. We also tried the different activities they offer and we really enjoyed. The place is great for solo travelers, couples and families alike. Definitely made our Laos trip memorable. 🫶🏻 Highly recommend! 🙌🏻

Ridiculously bad service. They are just not interested. We had 2 deluxe rooms for 1 night. A) No hot water in rooms - didn't get fixed. Water pressure was also very low. B) The bathtub was not working in both rooms. The hotel plumber could fix one after 30 mins. The other room tub didn't get fixed. C) shower gel not there in one room. Did not get delivered after calling housekeeping twice, visiting the reception and asking the manager too. Had to shower without. D) The restaurant didn't have a single vegetarian dish available in spite of having several in the menu. E) They could not give multiple restaurant items properly in spite of having them on the menu. Simple items like boiled eggs, olives .. The worst part, neither the staff, nor management cared. No positive response.. Absolutely, one of the worst stays in terms of expectations vs reality.
