The room is good and spacious. Asked for a high floor and quiet room but have the room on low level and facing the main road. The pool is located in an awkward position at the entrance of the hotel in front of the restaurant so it can be seen by cars dropping people off and the whole group of conference people having lunch.

Visited Chile for the first time and stayed here as it was the recommended hotel for the event I attended. The customer service and quality for money was great! Staff were all very friendly and helpful, the restaurant on-site has great food and was not expensive at all. Overall, I'd definitely recommend staying here. Not the mention the beautiful mountain views from my room.... wow! Definitely a breathtaking site!!

Great four star hotel in a safe area. Rooms are spacious and clean and great front office staff that are friendly and helpful with beautiful smiles! Special mention to Javiera, Ignacio and Mariangel!!! Great lobby and rooftop outdoor pool and gym where you can see beautiful sunsets. Near the highest tower in South America at 300 metres with a big shopping centre. You are in the financial district. Great rainhead showerhead and excellent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, eggs, cereals, toast, neoexpresso coffee machine.

January 2023: Our group of 6 women stayed at this wonderful hotel for two nights. The rooms were spotless and comfortable with plenty of space to organize and relax after our long flight. The hotel is located near many shops, parks and the tallest building in South America, Gran Torre Santiago! In addition, the level of service and meals were the best of I've had anywhere, ever. If I return to Santiago, I will be sure to book a room again at this fabulous hotel!
