Best apartment in West Jakarta. If you want to stay in west Jakarta, I think you must rent in puri Parkview apartments west Jakarta. Because in here have many lot tenant like laundry, indomaret, small entrepreneur

Edited: PLEASE TELL THE MAILING STAFFS TO CHILL. They kept getting angry while the only thing I ask is for the package. Some of my stuff arent even written down in the book. How is this sort mailing room safe...? The water stinks and dirty, maybe they use the water from the dirty river? The elevator is creepy... n by creepy I mean there seem to be a lot of them being broken down? I ride one elevator and the door creaked open so loudly and it stuck, won't close that I had to change to another elevator... Could be a good place to stay for someone who's searching for a cheap place to live in. BUT, the management is not good at all. Just recently moved here and I can already see how bad everything is. The parking lot is too crowded, a lot of rude security guards who ask for money to buy cigarettes and the mailing room have very bad attitude people. My packages weren't able to be found until around 30 minutes and the person told me to find it by myself because they couldn't find the other one. This place is not a recommended place to stay, please find somewhere else!

Facilities are very bad. One tower has 2 lobbies and 6 elevator, but only 3 are working. The water often very dirty like a coffee. Even it often turned off without notice. Swimming pool not operating. Good location but bad operation and management.

+ Nice place to stay with midrange afforable rent price. + sorrounded by many groceries, convinient store, drugstore, laundry, etc. + Location at downtown of West Jakarta, benefit for work at west, south, central Jakarta, also near the highway gate. - Car parking might be hard due to limitation of parking slot during evening to night. - only have 1 landed internet provider, Smart Media, they monopoly the service. It need to improve for connection reliability, very slow connection, down frequently. - Clean and hygine supposed to be priority. - Aircon installation have problems, water leaked even after few weeks of cleaning & maintenance. - cockroaches thrive anyware, so horrible.
