Giving my honest review since I was fooled by others’ good reviews. The room is smelly. It’s like staying at an old motel. Bed is squeaky and stiff. No in-room wifi. Paid for 5 nights, checked out after 2 nights. We ended up booking another 3-star hotel, but the difference was night and day! The other hotel had free yummy breakfast & a comfortable bed. So glad we ditched this hotel. Management refused to refund the unused nights. We were willing to pay for the nights we stayed but don’t feel it’s justified that we couldn’t get a refund for the unused nights. The hotel is misleading, claiming it’s 3 stars when it’s not even close. Bottom line: Avoid staying here if you can. You can find way more cost-friendly hotels at much higher quality. I’m glad I was able to.

120 SGD for 1 room, 200 SGD for 2. Hell, we had to book two rooms just to fit a whole family of 4! The lift failed to fit that family even without the luggage. The rooms were average, not big, nothing worth the price paid. I wonder why this is rated 3.7 for such a poor hotel. Won't be coming back. If you want to make more business, at least expand each room and make costs cheaper.

We stayed for 6nights at this hotel: 1. Reception 24 hours and very responsive when we confirmed about our delayed flight until 4am. 2. Location is really great. We brought 2 big luggages and no hustle going back and forth to Taipei Main Station. The hotel is near elevator exit R1 of Zhongshan Metro Mall which is underground tunnel to Taipei Main Station and Zhongshan MRT Station so it is very easy to get around. The hotel is also near 2 Family Marts and many restaurants. 3. The staff are informative and friendly. We communicate with Chinese so we don't know about their English. 4. The room is exactly like in the photos. The furnitures is old but it is okay. We didn't get toiletries but they provided towels, clothes hangers, and hairdryer. The room and bathroom could be cleaner.
