This our third and last time here. The new high rise across the road means no more early morning sun in the hotel rooms. Interior is starting to feel dated. On this visit I reported a broken shower tap in our room. Dangerously hot or freezing cold were the two options. Thankfully, we had a warm weekend, so dipping into cold showers was tolerable. We were told it’d be seen to the following morning which it never did. I reported it a second time and that message was never passed on. Then again at checkout. Absolutely no compensation besides a verbal apology which for $400 a night is rubbish. I would’ve been happy with them removing the mini bar fee or some small gesture. It was fun QT. 👋

This hotel looks good, but my experience was that basics of good hotel management and guest experience seem to escape them. Arrived on a Thursday afternoon. Nobody at the door, no valet present to take the car, nobody to help with bags. Waited for 15 minutes behind another family struggling with unloading luggage. Still nobody. Went inside to check with front desk....oh, yes, I'll call the valet. 10 minutes later, he arrives. Still nobody offers to help with luggage. OK. Check in was unnecessarily prolonged, but fine. Meanwhile, I notice the lobby is echoing and abandoned. The whole downstairs bar/cafe area is shuttered and forlorn. Up to the rooms. I booked a larger one specifically to have a bathtub, which is great. The room is spacious and the bed and linen comfortable. But then you try the bathroom. Noah would be afraid of the flooding that a simple shower creates. It's a combined bath/shower wet room....and water pooled over the entire floor, poured over into the toilet area, and left the entire space unusable. Surely this is a huge design flaw? The restaurant and bar area felt dated in their industrial gloomy aesthetic, and seemed fairly empty most of my time there. The cocktail menu downstairs was dull, and the drinks and food merely ok. The rooftop has a pretty view, and is probably the most appealing public space. Overall, this place seems like it's struggling to get business, and they certainly haven't trained the staff well. I'd choose something else for my next stay.

This place was amazing to stay in. From the crisp bed sheets and clean rooms to the funky but trendy decor throughout the rooms and hotel. The staff were impeccable and made me and partner feel very welcome. Great location, only walking distance to some very nice restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Came here for a work related conference. Nice rooms and facilities. The finger food was pretty good, and the rooms themselves are nicely sound proofed so you don't get the noise of the dining and socialising areas bleeding through to the meetings. I've also been here for social events and the food served in that setting was also very good. I can recommend this place on both counts.

What an absolute spectacular Hotel, my partner and I came for the weekend and loved every moment of QT Melbourne. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast menu has a variety and the staff were so helpful! Sergio from concierge went above and beyond to plan our Sunday trip in the city with us. Great food, great location and impeccable service. Thank you and see you soon!!!
