Pros: Location is excellent for public transit and getting into the city. Customer service was helpful. Sheets were clean. Cons: The room was dirty, balls of hair were found on the walls of the shower. No shower door, water went everywhere. Floors looked like they've never been washed. Pillows had no substance to them. Bed was hard. Reception building is tough to find. Walls were paper thin. Really high price for what you get.

Professional service and good conditions. The receptionist was very respectful, careful and responsive. The room was clean, well equipped and nicely laid out. It was a pleasant stay, I recommend.

I love this hotel! It is very convenient to stay especially to travelers since it is near the Tram going to the Airport. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

The rooms were very generous and big. It is very easy to commute to the city center (within 15-20' by tram). There are some really good and cheap restaurants around. The location therefore is super convenient. The hotel itself looks better on the picture than it actually is. There's also no 24/7 reception (09:00-12.00 / 15.00-20.00) which is a bit surprising. For everyone traveling by car, the car parking costs another (ridiculous) 15 Euro / day (you can park in the blue zone for free, which we actually did). The WIFI is actually NOT GOOD, which was the biggest downside imo. As a foreigner you want to be able to use the internet, when staying in the hotel. Apart from these little downsides, our stay was very cool and the price is also okay, it's never a 4* hotel though.

Not too far from Florence SMN Station and very close to the tram stop. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the Residence itself is very clean. The apartment was more than enough for what we needed while exploring Florence over a weekend and for the price is definitely worth it. It's very spacious, has a living area, balcony, decent size bathroom compared to other places we've visited in Italy and the bedroom is massive with more than enough cupboard space for two people. My only criticism is that the pillows provided aren't comfortable because I can't sleep with flat pillows however my wife had no complaints about them herself. Overall, if you're looking for a decent place to stay that is well priced, you won't be sorry choosing Quadra Key. Thank you for a lovely stay :)
