The landlord didn't show up to hand over the keys. Stood in front of closed doors for over 3 hours. We then had to switch to another hotel. Neither calls nor messages are answered! Absolute impudence If you don't want to believe it, you can call the phone number on file and listen to the Italian answering machine.

After the booking was made, every attempt to contact us regarding check-in was ignored. We stood in front of locked doors for 3 hours before we had to unilaterally cancel the apartment. The owner is either incompetent or a scammer.
